Ingredients
3.5 to 4 lb Chuck roast
Divine Zippee Sauce (see link above)
6 Sandwich buns
Salt and pepper to cover entire roast
2 C Beef broth
Sliced cheese
Directions
- Rub entire roast with salt and pepper to taste
- In your favorite Braiser pan, sear on all sides, just till brown, do not create a crust
- Place in slow cooker on low for 7-8 hours or until meat falls apart and is done
- Set roast on a pan or cutting board to rest for 10 minutes. While meat is resting, place cheese on buns and toast until lightly brown
- When meat is room temperature, place onto toasted buns. Top with coleslaw if desired
