Sweet Italian Creamy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 lb Your favorite pasta. We used Cavatappi
2 English cucumbers. peeled and chopped
1 Sweet pepper or 6 small ones
1 pkg 4oz Turkey pepperoni
2 Portions of our Sweet Italian Creamy Dressing
1 Medium onion chopped
1 Can sliced olives, drained
3 Roma tomatoes
1 8 oz Ball Mozzarella pearls
Directions
- Boil pasta until al dente, drain, cool and set aside.
- Peel cucumbers and chop all vegetables.
- In a large mixing bowl, placed cooled pasta, and vegetable mix.
- Toss together, add ourĀ Creamy Italian Dressing, reserving about 1/4 to add when ready to serve.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving, ideally 4-6 hours.
- Add reserved dressing and toss to serve.
