Grab a few fresh ingredients, add our slow cooker shredded beef and cheese sauce and you will have the best nachos to serve anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of our Zippee Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

  • 1/2 Red bell pepper

  • 1 Small onion

  • Fresh salsa

  • 1 Bag of your favorite corn chips

  • 1.5 C of our It’s So Smooth Nacho Cheese Sauce

  • 1/2 Yellow bell pepper

  • 1/2 C Sliced olives

  • Sour cream

Directions

  • set the first layer of corn chips on your serving platter
  • add half of the beef to the chips
  • pour half of the cheese sauce over the first layer
  • add the second layer of chips
  • place the remaining beef on top of the chips
  • pour the remaining cheese sauce over the top of this layer
  • add the onions, peppers and olives
  • add fresh salsa
  • add a ribbon of sour cream if desired
