  1. set the first layer of corn chips on your serving platter
  2. add half of the beef to the chips.
  3. pour half of the cheese sauce over the first layer
  4. add the second layer of chips
  5. place the remaining beef on top of the chips
  6. pour the remaining cheese sauce over the top of this layer
  7. add the onions, peppers and olives
  8. add fresh salsa
  9. add a ribbon of sour cream if desired.

  • Add your own heat with Jalapeno Peppers
