Instructions

  1. In a dutch oven, add 2 tbsp butter, melt.
  2. Cook and crumble sausage, remove from pot with a slotted spoon leaving drippings.
  3. Add 2 Tbsp butter, stir until melted
  4. Drop in onions, peppers, and carrots. Cook until fragrant
  5. Add garlic, Worcestershire, and all spices
  6. Add your thickener and stir until incorporated
  7. Add broth, bring to a simmer
  8. Add potatoes, beans and sausage, simmer until potatoes are done
  9. Add cream, spinach and cream cheese
  10. Stirring frequently, simmer until cream cheese is melted
  11. Serve with a garnish of grated Parmesan Cheese

Notes

  • If you don’t want a creamy soup, this is just as delicious without the thickener, cream and cream cheese.
