One Pot Creamy Italian Soup

This is the easiest way to bring a taste of Italy to your kitchen. A very simple recipe that has all the essentials of the perfect Italian Soup

Instructions
- In a dutch oven, add 2 tbsp butter, melt.
- Cook and crumble sausage, remove from pot with a slotted spoon leaving drippings.
- Add 2 Tbsp butter, stir until melted
- Drop in onions, peppers, and carrots. Cook until fragrant
- Add garlic, Worcestershire, and all spices
- Add your thickener and stir until incorporated
- Add broth, bring to a simmer
- Add potatoes, beans and sausage, simmer until potatoes are done
- Add cream, spinach and cream cheese
- Stirring frequently, simmer until cream cheese is melted
- Serve with a garnish of grated Parmesan Cheese
Notes
- If you don’t want a creamy soup, this is just as delicious without the thickener, cream and cream cheese.
