  1. In a large mixing bowl prepare filling, drain Ricotta, mix with 1/2 the Asiago, all of the spinach, parsley, and egg. After combined, add salt and pepper to your taste
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet, then add sauce to warm through, set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

  4. Cook shells 4 to 5 minutes, drain, rinse and put on oiled cooking sheet. While pasta is cooking, place filling inside a baggy, then cut corner for piping.
  5. Coat the bottom a a 9X13″ baking dish with a thin layer of sauce. Pipe filling into shells and arrange them into a single layer. Cover with Sauce and remaining Asiago cheese. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
