- In a Braiser Pan melt butter, add flour.
- Cook flour for a few minutes and add milk and spices. Stir well until mixture thickens.
- Stir in cheese a little at a time. When all the cheese has been added and mixture is smooth, add Rotel tomatoes. If sauce is too thick, thin it out by adding more milk a little at a time. Do this until you get the desired consistency.
Notes
- We made this recipe for 8 servings. We did this so we could have a pint to put in the freezer. This cheese sauce will keep about 90 days in an airtight container in your freezer.
