- Pre-heat oven to 350 F
- In a large Baiser pan, cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
- Brown sausage, set aside
- On medium low, add butter, flour and spices, salt and pepper. Melt butter and combine to make rue
- Add half & half on medium heat
- Bake biscuits according to instructions
- Bring gravy to a boil on medium heat. Lower heat, return sausage and half of the crumbled bacon. Simmer, stirring frequently until desired thickness.
- Top over biscuits adding the remaining bacon crumbles
Notes
- Keep your half & half on the side in case gravy gets too thick.
