- Turn your stove top on medium high and give your pot 2 turns of olive oil
- Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until slightly crisp. Reserve 1/3 and set aside for topping.
- Turn burner down to Medium heat, add flour to drippings and cook, stirring constantly for about 2-3 minutes
- Add frozen hash browns and onion/pepper blend.
- Pour in broth
- Turn burner to medium low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until veggies are cooked.
- Turn burner to medium, add cream cheese. Cook until melted.
- Add cream and stir.
- Top with cheddar cheese and bacon, enjoy.
