Dry Rub Marinade

Instructions
- Make the dry rub by mixing ingredients together.
- Rub over entire roast.
- Place in refrigerator for 12-24 hours before cooking.
- Sear/brown beef in a Braiser Pan
- Place roast into a 7 quart or larger Crockpot
- Add broth and worchesteshire sauce
- Break up cranberry jelly and place around and on top of roast
- Place onions on top of everything.
- Bake for 8 hours on low, or until beef is tender and falling apart.
