Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat Oven to 375 F
  2. In a large mixing bowl incorporate ingredients
  3. Add yogurt or flour a little at a time until bread is moist allover
  4. Place in the oven, check at 25 minutes to see how brown the top is. If it’s too brown, simply place a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil on top to prevent from over browning.
  5. Check again at 35 minutes with a skewer. If you have more than a crumb or two, it’s not done. Keep cooking at minute increments until bread passes the skewer test.
  6. Remove from oven and set on a baking rack to cool. You can add some butter to the top if you like. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • If your dough isn’t moist allover, then add 1/4 C yogurt to get it there. If your bread is too moist, add 1/4 C flour to get the right consistency.
