Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  2. Cream the cottage cheese in your favorite food processor
  3. Sift flour into a large mixing bowl
  4. Slowly add creamed cottage cheese to the flour to thoroughly incorporate
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll 6 even sized balls. With your thumb make a hole in the center and shape the dough into a bagel.
  6. Place bagels on a baking sheet covered with Parchment Paper
  7. Make an egg wash with egg and water. Baste on to top of bagels.
  8. Add your favorite toppings.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes until slightly golden
  10. Baste tops with butter
  11. Bake For 5-10 more minutes until golden brown.
