Ingredients
3 Tbsp Butter
8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/2 Can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
Directions
- In a braiser pan melt butter, add flour
- Cook flour for a few minutes and add milk and spices. Stir well until mixture thickens
- Stir in cheese a little at a time. When all the cheese has been added and mixture is smooth, add Rotel tomatoes. If sauce is too thick, thin it out by adding more milk a little at a time. Do this until you get the desired consistency
