Description

Inspired by the Famous Detroit Zip Sauce. Our Zippee Sauce is perfect in just about any protein. Just enough spice and it comes at the end. This sauce elevates any dish that it’s added to.

Ingredients

1 stick of butter
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

In a heavy sauce pan on medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes whisking frequently.
Let cool to room temperature.
