Ingredients
1.5 lbs of our Zippee Slow Cooker Shredded Beef
1/2 Red bell pepper
1 Small onion
Fresh salsa
1 Bag of your favorite corn chips
1.5 C of our It’s So Smooth Nacho Cheese Sauce
1/2 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 C Sliced olives
Sour cream
Directions
- set the first layer of corn chips on your serving platter
- add half of the beef to the chips
- pour half of the cheese sauce over the first layer
- add the second layer of chips
- place the remaining beef on top of the chips
- pour the remaining cheese sauce over the top of this layer
- add the onions, peppers and olives
- add fresh salsa
- add a ribbon of sour cream if desired
