2 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Bagels

Dough Ingredients
2 C Cottage cheese
3 C Self-rising flour
- Optional Toppings
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Melted butter
Course salt to taste
1 tsp Milk
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F
- Cream the cottage cheese in your favorite food processor
- Sift flour into a large mixing bowl
- Slowly add creamed cottage cheese to the flour to thoroughly incorporate
- On a lightly floured surface, roll 6 even sized balls. With your thumb make a hole in the center and shape the dough into a bagel.
- Place bagels on a baking sheet covered with Parchment Paper
- Make an egg wash with egg and water. Baste on to top of bagels.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until slightly golden
- Baste tops with butter
- Bake For 5-10 more minutes until golden brown.
